Tombstones are custom-made stone products and cannot be resold once produced.

• No returns, refunds or exchanges for any unreasonable reasons after production starts.

• If there are quality issues, craftsmanship defects or shipping damages, we will re-produce or re-deliver for free and take full responsibility.

• Please double-check size, inscription, photo, style before ordering. No changes can be made after confirmation.

• Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt with photo evidence if any problem occurs.
